The L T250 has two distinct inspection stations, a vision test station and a dual laser scan station. The vision test station utilizes a CCD vision camera,
associated light source(s), tooling etc. to provide inspection for presence of "ears" on parts.
Also, the camera will provide inspection for the presence of the "mill flat' on parts, and the presence of the "notch" on parts.
The dual laser station provides a part scan in the X & Y axis. The dual laser scans provide inspection of parts for through-hole diameters, overall length,
and debris in the through-hole.  The accuracy and repeatability on through-holes and part heights is plus or minus two thousands of an inch (±.002").

 Specifications:

1 ). The vision test station and laser scan station instrument has a swivel touch screen with Windows software and operating system.
2). A digital counter.
3). A beacon to inform Customer personnel of a completed machine cycle.
4). Gating of the parts by solenoid operated mechanism into accept or reject containers.
5). Electrical supply 115v-60Hz or the unit will be supplied with an enclosure, disconnect, and machine tool transformer for an additional charge.
6). The floor dimensions are 36" wide x 28" deep x 75" high.
7). Unit weight approximately 800 lbs.
